This is an
e-book about how we report the things we see in a home inspection. Where do we
draw the line? When should we report or talk about something we have seen and

utility. Bulk renaming Utility does just as the name suggests. It
gives you a graphical interface to rename multiple files simultaneously.
It has an amazing variety of ways to specify the parameters for renaming.
You don't need to worry about specifying parameters correctly because BRU shows
you a preview of the new names before you commit to making the name changes.
It even works within Windows Explorer. All you have to do
is right click on one or more files and the BRU Utility pops up. You can
rename hundreds of files in only seconds.
Once you begin using BRU, you will wonder how you ever got
along without it!

is one of the best utilities you will ever find.

Plug in your iPod or USB Key. It will take a few seconds, and the device will
pop up. Close it, and run the DemocraKey installer.
DemocraKey Installer
Click next, and then click browse. Click on the My Computer button, and then
find your Device. Then click install. Let everything finish.
Double click My Computer, and then open up your iPod or USB key. The Portable
Apps software will be installed. Run StartPortableApps. That’s it, the
DemocraKey has been installed!
The Portable Apps icon will be in your system tray now.

doPDF installs itself as a virtual printer
driver so after a successful installation will appear in your Printers and Faxes
list. To create PDF files, you just have to print your documents to the doPDF
pdf converter. Open a document (with Microsoft Word, WordPad, NotePad or
any other software), choose Print and select doPDF. It will ask you where to
save the PDF file and when finished, the PDF file will be automatically opened
in your default PDF viewer.

The calculator is also a training
calculator. There is a list of relevant electrical terms and units of measure
on the screen at all times. Every time you enter a value, the related terms are
highlighted. Once you have entered the values needed to complete the
calculations, the remaining input fields are blacked out so you don't
inadvertently enter a conflicting value. For example, if you have entered
Voltage and Wattage values, the Current input field is blacked out so you can't
insert an invalid value. The Current in this case would be among the calculated
values in the results section.
