of individual countries limit the items that can be sold
and shipped to many countries. In general, most
software and other items items can be sold to Canada,
Mexico, the member countries of the European Union, and
Australia.
Software is not refundable or returnable.
Defective media may be exchanged for the
same title within 30 days of purchase. After 30
days, replacement CD's are available for a nominal fee.
